Indonesian-Style Flank Steak

Indonesian-Style Flank Steak: An Indonesian-style marinade, similar to a peanut sauce produces richly flavored tender steak.

Flank steak is a really flavorful cut of beef, not to mention more economical than many of the cuts that are suitable for grilling. Still, it's best to marinate flank steak ahead of time to ensure that you end up with a tender product. This Indonesian-style marinade is similar to an Asian peanut sauce. It does a wonderful job imparting its sweet-spicy flavor throughout the meat. We served this with Spicy Napa Cabbage Noodles.
