Cabo Wabo Guacamole

Ingredients ~

10 avocados, pitted and peeled
1/4 cup jalapeños, minced
2 tablespoons salt
1/4 cup yellow onion, diced
5 tablespoons lime juice
1-1/2 cups tomatoes, diced
2 tablespoons cilantro, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic

Place avocados in bowl. Do not mash! Add all other ingredients on top of avocados. Mash and mix avocados with ingredients into a chunky consistency. Enjoy!
