Wild Hibiscus Mojito
Ingredients ~
3 Wild Hibiscus Flowers
3 sprigs mint
1 ounce mint leaf & lime zest infused light rum
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 ounce Syrup from Wild Hibiscus Flowers in Syrup
Soda
1 ounce gold rum
Directions ~
Muddle wild hibiscus flowers and mint in a tall glass. Add infused light rum, lime juice and syrup. Fill with ice, stir, top with soda and float gold rum. Garnish with a mint stem and inside-out wild hibiscus flower.
