Wild Hibiscus flowers are beautiful, edible flowers are a must-have for any cocktail party or festive occasion.
The flowers are sustainably harvested and then preserved in a cane sugar and spring water syrup.
Wild Hibiscus flowers are amazing in that they retain their stunning ruby color and shape, whether used in cocktails or haute cuisine.
Wild Hibiscus has a rich, deep berry flavor with just a hint of bitter tang, reminiscent of rhubarb. Besides lending a gorgeous shade to any drink, the flowers can put on a bit of a show.
Place a flower in a flute and pour champagne over top of it and the bubbles will cause the petals to unfurl like a blossoming flower.
